A Client may choose any figure-style pose painted with oil on a 9”x 12” linen board (or another type) unframed.

For 11”x 14” add $400.00 - $600.00 to the above prices. (Larger sizes are also available.)
The client may request type of pose. Either of themselves or others (with all rights and permission given in writing by the other party), and Mr. Barbera will strive to duplicate it in an original painting. Final decision of pose must be agreed upon by all parties before the start of the painting process.
If a client supplies any digital reference photo(s), they must be acceptable to Mr. Barbera. Photo must be in color, brightness and of good quality at least 250 pixels and at least 5”x 6”. Photos will be used for pose reference only. (A clients photo-rights to any of their photos chosen, will be respected).
Photo sessions are also available upon request. Time(s) and pose(s) will be discussed and agreed upon before any painting begins.
The Client will be given two (2) opportunities to request any changes before the completion of the final original painting.
A 50%, non-refundable, payment is due before any work on a original painting begins with the final 50% due upon completion of painting
The original painting is the sole property of the artist until the final payment, in full, has been received and cashed. If finished painting is declined or not paid for in full within 15 days of notification of completion, the painting may be displayed and/or sold to another party by Mr. Barbera.
Mr. Barbera reserves all rights of reproduction and holds all copyrights in the work. These rights, except for the original piece purchased, are not transferred to the client with their purchase of the painting.
